The Search For What Gets Rid Of Cellulite
Nothing gets rid of cellulite. At least that is the esteemed opinion of cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists. The condition is permanent, they say. A good many of them are men, and their objectivity stems from them never having been victims of the scourge of 90% of women around the world, who cannot be dissuaded from their search for what gets rid of cellulite.
Perhaps their message to women is a valuable one. Just knowing that a cure has not yet been found should make women skeptical of the inflated claims that are a trademark of marketing for cellulite treatments. However hard it may be, reality is infinitely more reliable than illusion. The fact of no cure should help us be wary of the fiction that abounds.
Ironically, knowing the bad news can mobilize us in our plan to be rid of the symptoms. Because we can be realistic about what can be achieved we can be wiser in our treatment choices because, though there is no cure, there are many treatments and some are beneficial. The most common remedy is a cream, lotion or gel that contains a botanical or chemical tissue decongestant coupled with a powerful moisturizer. The contents act to release excess fluid associated with cellulite and the massage stimulates circulation of blood and lymph.
In a similar way exercise is an essential item on the list of what gets rid of cellulite symptoms. So is a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables and plenty of water for the flushing of toxins. Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption should also be avoided. More radical treatment approaches exist like various forms of high tech massage with instruments that claim to restore the body tissue to its original health. Dire cases can be alleviated with invasive surgical processes like liposuction.
